Best way to repay PTPTN? from worker's income tax?

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to get your opinion, as government get taxes from people and fund PTPTN, however many students in fact paying their income tax yet failed to repay their PTPTN loan with varies reason which not subject only to difficult to cope with living expenses and inflation.

so would it justify for government to used the borrower's income tax to pay back their PTPTN loan instead?
this will not only solved the concern of PTPTN repayment and it also ease the burden of loan borrower ?

Please considering the suggestion for loan range of 5 - 100k.

Salary : RM 5,000
Tax(monthly) : RM 158.53
Tax(yearly) : RM 1902.36

Salary : RM 10,000
Tax(monthly) : RM 1091.65

Can't find the related topic, I might have opportunity to work in S'pore due to company transfer.

Before the deal come in concrete, i would like to know the expectation and trying to understand how the tax structure in s'pore.

1. May i know how much is the tax incur by non-resident?
2. How long does it take to convert as PR ?
3. Can we move the family member over too, what are the permit required?
4. Besides of income tax, any other tax needed ?
5. if my salary around 10k in M'sia, should i expect the same amount for S'pore dollar when negotiation ? how much needed to survive in S'pore at least say with family(house wife, 2 kids) or not with?
6. Anyone working in S'pore and mind to share out the breakdown daily cost if possible ?

Hi Sifu,

My brother's myVi facing aircond compressor oil leaking, when the aircond turn on, can feel it pull the car a while.
went to the workshop yesterday and told me required to change compressor, and some other parts, basically like changing the whole, which quote me RM2.8k with original parts.

I would like to know is there any specialize aircond shop which is recommended for repairing? i feel the shop is not trustable

The mechanic told do not on the aircond or else it will jam the car? is the true?

anyone have such experience to share?

It really come to my doubt that the price of property is so high, and i wondering how people are able to afford it with how much least earning to counter it ?

I take example of double storey and semi-D in Seremban, and i think KL price is at least 30% more than this.

Double storey : around 600k
Semi-D : around 800k

I heard if someone lost in sudden, accident or whatever, the government will keep the EPF fund, properties, FD, share or etc if we do not put the nominee, not sure if that's true..

if we prepare the will and state everything expect inherit by children and wife, would it help to offset all clauses by government.

Anyone can share the professional view on this? would it troublesome to prepare will, required to prepare all document to lawyer?
