Looking for drill recommendations

Hi, all.

We're currently living in a condo with concrete walls, and now we find the needs of drilling holes to put hanging shelves and whatnot.

To help with that, we're trying to look for drills that can easily go through those concrete walls, such as the ones used by air conditioner service guys or the time/unifi installers.

We have one that supposedly can drill through bricks, but to get through the concrete takes us at least 1/2 hour for one hole.

Any recommendations for good power drill that is not too expensive but still can get the job done for us (budget <= RM 200)? Also, where would be the best/recommended place to buy it from?

Note that we have no clue what hammer drills, power drills, or rotary drills are. Already tried to read up but didn't make sense to us
