Maid Issue - Need Advice

My siblings applied for a maid at the end of 2024. But the agency took a very long time until April and we haven’t gotten the maid in. Then we decided to cancel the maid.

The agent agreed to refund 50% and transfer the maid to a new employer (after nak cancel, maid dah otw to Malaysia dah). Last week, an immigration officer called and said the maid ran off and asked my siblings to go lapor lari. This case has been verified by the imi, so not a scam.

The problem is we never saw the maid. The agent also mentioned that the maid had already cancelled. 50% was refunded. But suddenly, this issue came out said got a maid under our name.

We refused to lapor lari because the maid was not lari from our house. She lari in another state. Long story short, the agent rented the maid to others illegally. What should we do?

The IO from Immigration keeps forcing us to lapor lari. It’s like that agent control the officer.

Anyone can advise what we can do?

Hey sifus! I have a question. My windscreen cracked(like a hair crack only, can’t see very clearly actually) and I successfully add on the windscreen covers during this year renewal.

Just a question, can I replace my windscreen now? It is about 1 months since the new and windscreens insururan policy effective.

Will it too fast? In cash I wanted to sell off my car later. Can take back some money?

Does anyone here have experience to renew LKM/Road Tax at MySikap before?

There is an option to renew Road Tax at MySikap. Just wonder after RM90.00 payment made. How can I get the Blue Sticker? Have to visit Cawangan JPJ again?

There is another option which is renew at MyEG, with RM8 fee for West Malaysia delivery.

Just want to know anyone here have experienced to renew at MySiKap before?

I got a Hire Purchase loan with PBB. This is my first payment on 11/7/2018. I got sign a form for Standing instruction which automatically deduct from the Saving Account to Hire purchase account.

But yesterday 11/7/2018, until 11pm the fund still there and haven’t deduct yet. End out I manually make payment. Because I am worry about the late payment charge also it will affect my credit record.

Today morning call branch and they say just make sure got enough balance at Saving account and they will proceed on next day... If they pay on next day mean it is late payment already... How can it be like this lol!!!

Just wonder anyone here got PBB HP too? How about your standing instructions work?
