Hi all,

i'm planned to buy landed house and apply HL from a few bank.

Currently there a few bank already giving approval to me. But i'm still confusing which one is better.

Yes, BLR offered is first things when considering, but i think there are others factor to consider (pls advise me)

there are details :

Property amount RM 480k, loan 90 %

A) Bank Stand Chart
- blr - 2.35
-Loan 90%
-daily rest
-flexi (dunno full flexi or not)

B) OCBC
- blr -2.4
- Loan 90% + finance (lawyer, duti stem ,valuation)
-daily rest
-Semi flexi (i think so)

C) CIMB Flexi Home financing-i
- blr - 2.2
-loan 90% + 5 %
- monthly rest ( no sure, but the officer tell me like that)
-No maintenance fees per month and no setup fees
-Link with CA

D) BSN
- interest 3.8% for 2 years, after that blr -2.1
-loan 90 % + Zero Moving Cost
-Monthly rest

E) Bank Islam
- blr - 2.4 %
-90 % + Zero moving cost
-term loan

all no lock in period.

i my consideration now, OCBC or CIMB (because of full flexi, sometimes can dumb money to CA)..but OCBC need to inform bank for prepayment and to redraw . But the drawback for CIMB the interest quite high ( -2.2) vs OCBC (-2.4)

pls give feedback.
