Accepted Job offer verbally on phone

Yesterday i received a phone call from the manager who interviewed me last week. She asked me if i am willing to accept the job offer? I answered "Yes".

Wanna ask, is accepting a job offer verbally on phone legally binded?

For your information, i have not read nor pen my signature on the written job offer yet (black and white)...

If i have to reject the job offer which i agree to accept (on phone)... will they take legal action against me? or blacklist me?

It kind of pissed me off when people play DOTA said they're playing RTS . FFS you only control 1 units, what kind of RTS is that ?

When it comes to real RTS, it's about base contruction/economy management/tech tree/produce units and control,etc... Don't put that lame DOTA as a RTS, it's more like Action-RPG for me.

Similar error report has beed dispatched to administrator before.

Why do i get this "too many connections" error message all the time?

I only have 20 visitors a day for my website... so there's hardly many connections?

It appears randomly, sometimes its ok, sometimes its not...

I made a report to the hosting and they said its my script problem... but this problem just happens to every single php files that use MySQL..

So any lowyatian knows how to fix this problem....
