FAULTY EXTERNAL HDD

Good day,

I have a faulty external HDD by Western Digital, I can't remember when I bought it but now got problem, I lost the receipt but i checked through online it says the warranty still available.

When I connect the External HDD to my PC, it cannot detect but there's indicator light at the HDD (the light just on and off, repeating. Sometimes it just keep the light on)

I remember I bought the HDD from One Utama at near Coach Leather (The event looks like this.)

Anyone remember the shop lot name ?

Chassis Intruder ?

Today I just received my HDD . Before i build it in , I boot the system , it shown :-

Chassis Intruded !
Fatal Error ... System Halted.

fyi , my mobo is place into a casing and the casing dont have any extra wire connected from casing to mobo .
rarely , the mobo won't show up the problem . I replaced the jumpers with the new ones . Cleaned the pins . Reseted the BIOS . Can't find the setting for the chassis . Still have that problem . any solution ?
