Suitable place to hold prom night

My friends and I would like to organize prom night for our school at a hotel ballroom/hall in Kuala Lumpur, or in the Klang Valley area. The event will be sometime in June or July, probably after Aidilfitri, but we are currently lost on where we could do this. So we would like to hear your opinions on where we could hold this event. Would appreciate any kind of feedback.

Downloading using Maxis Unlimited 3G Plan?

So I purchased my SIM plan back when Maxis offered the RM100 unlimited 3G plan. Now I'm wondering if Maxis will charge if I make any kind of downloading (say, downloading movies or music), and how much they will charge for that.

From what I understand, the current plans that Maxis is offering will limit the speed of downloading after you have reached your quota (say, if I had purchased a 3GB plan, I would have to pay RM0.10 for every megabyte I download after I have reached that quota). So what happens if you have no quota?
