[addedon]December 15, 2012, 1:57 am[/addedon]the developer was Tadam previously, later switched to IJM, no sure if IJM bough over it or Tadam appointed IJM to continue the project.

it sited in a mine land, for high rise building it needs very good foundation to support it, bit worry the life span of the building. especially Tadam started the project first. adjacent is Lagoon Perdana, which I think many know how poor the buildings are now.
