If he dont want move out what can I do? cos actually i tr to reach him few time, but seem like he try to ignore the call. Recently I heard the news of Rhythm and Hue fall backcrupt in Malaysia branch. And heard a lot negative news from industry people about they get very low paid, work like mad dog, the average salary I heard is RM1400-1800 or below for junior and for senior with 3-4 year experience probably only 2000++ -3k, any people experience in this industry? is the animator really will end up earn 4k and below?
