Problem with unifi fix IP

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Unifi 10 Biz 1 Fix Ip
Location:
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Yes, not helpful

Personal equipment
Modem:
Router: L7NR2000
Firewall used: No

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Always
Problem frequency: Always
Problem description:

So we got unifi 10 with 1 fix ip for our office and everything work fine if we use dynamic ip settings in our router but since we need to assign the static IP to our server as we change the settings to static IP from router only 1 computer/server can connect through lan although the wlan connection is up and working fine giving local ip addresses to wlan devices. but any other computer than the 1 which already got static ip cannot connect through lan DHCP or anyother settings. what we need is to just have this static ip on 1 computer and other computers can get the local ip like wlan. however i haven't seen any related options on this matter on this router.
btw port forwarding is not an option for us as we need to use the ip directly on server.

thank you

Hello everyone,
i know it might be not related to this forum but i could't find proper place.
I've been living in a 2.5 storey house with 5 rooms and 5 A/C + 5 water heaters and 2 fridges.
the strange thing is im receiving like 1100RM electricity bills for each month. i was wondering if it is anyhow normal or something? and what are the reasons im getting bills so expensive? i tried to complain TNB but they say that's how our usage is. from average its like 2 A/C on 24 hours but the other 3 are on at nights.

Looking for a GYM near Bandar Kinrara

Hello everyone,
I used to live in Sri Petaling, and go to MyFitness at endah parade. so recently ive moved to another place in bandar kinrara and here there seem to be no gym except the one in puchong IOI mall (FitnessFirst) but its kinda far for me and if you count the traffic jam at the evenings in that place its not an option for me, plus the membership fee is just so much for that gym (i've had a trial workout there the place is not good, specially the lightings...). so i was wondering if theres any old school gym nearby my place, so i dont have to drive so far everytime. and pay less
