The Meizu MX4 was the first smartphone worldwide to use the latest OctaCore Mediatek MT6595 CPU. Highlights of the new Meizu phone are definitely the 20.7 MP Sony Camera with OIS and 5248×3936 resolution. For the casing Meizu used Aircraft Grade aluminium design.The alloy used on the MX4 allows even slimmer and lighter design then we are used from other smartphones from China. Meizu says the MX4 has slimmest smartphone frames globally at 75.2 x 144 x 7.9mm dimensions. The MX4 is definitely slimmer then the MX3 and has a bigger 3100mAh battery.

The MX4 comes with a beautiful 5.36 inch screen and a FULL HD resolution of 1920X 1152p. The display comes with a pixel density of 418ppi and is protected by Gorilla Glas 3. We can definitely say that the Meizu MX4 display looks gorgeous.

Meizu MX Specs and Hardware
The MX4 for Malaysia runs on Mediateks newest Eight Core MT6595 processor with Quad-core 2.2 GHz Cortex-A17 and quadcore 1.7 GHz Cortex-A7. The MT6595 utilizes big.LITTLE and Core Pilot Technology for the eight cores, so the SOC can easily switch between big and little cores to increase performance and battery life. Additionally it has 2GB of RAM.

The MX4′ MT6595 is a true eight core cpu which means all eight cores can run simulatenously. We saw AnTUTU Scores of over 52,811 on version 5 which is higher then some competitor flagship models like Galaxy S5 or HTC One M8. The Meizu phone also sports an 3100mAh battery by Sony/Samsung and Meizu promises an 30% battery increase compared to their previous MX3 Model.

A 20.7 Megapixel Sony Camera at this price is definitely impressive!

The MX4 will have full 4G LTE support for Malayia for Lte Bands TD-LTE/FDD-LTE/TD which is real advantage .
