Any one ever use EVERKI TITAN backpack? I just want to share my experience with this product. It was really great product, various compartment, stylish and AWESOME limited warranty service.

I bought the bag around 2013, after couple of month there is some problem with my bag. I contact the customer service, they replied me, in the next week my bag was replaced, no question asked, I just provide the receipt, couple of images, and replacement new bag arrived.
Few weeks ago, there is some problem with chest strap, again I try to report it to customer service, they asked me to dispose the bag my self, send the evidence to them, and viola....they replace my bag with the new one.

So far their warranty service is awesome, I think they really give peace of mind to customer who bought their product.

I think it's really worth-ed to buy their product, great backpack awesome after sale service.
