hi,

I just bought a computer rig as promised before. I bought the components and got them assembled at viewnet. so, after i brought it home and installed windows on it, i found out there's a few problems.

first, my computer won't shut off. it just freezes during shut down and i have to hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn it off.

secondly, i notice that two out of three fans aren't running. the cpu fan's working, but the fan at the front and the one at the back don't work.

i spent a lot of money on this... and it's very frustrating that this is happening... can someone help me.
