Rx100 problem

Hi. My rx100 had show problem after turning off at very critical low battery level.
I had recharge the battery to full and turn it on. The camera can on normally but no image show. After about 10 second, it will auto retract the lense and ask to TURN POWER OFF THEN ON. Any ideal how to solve the problem. Thank in advance.
