Hi guys,

I am looking to let part of a shopping centre, I represent the owner so there will be a very attractive agency fee for agents.

Location: Jalan Cheras, Kajang
Floor/Level: 1 and/or 2
Area: 5000 - 30,000 sqft
Rent: Very very affordable, negotiable and contact me to get more details (depends on area). RM2-3psf, compared to KL Malls you are talking RM15psf.

Tenant: I am trying to look for big tenants or ideally someone who wants to operate an IT scheme. Good for Kajang and surrounding areas because you can tap into the student market near Semenyih, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya, Bangi and Kajang.

If you know, Kajang has a limited number of IT shops and they are very expensive compared to KL.

Ideal scenario: a big floor is let to an IT operator/agent and he sublets to many other small stalls/businesses. I am willing to let someone sublet so you can make that big profit.

Please let me know or if you know anyone interested.

Agents: 1-2 months rent as commission depending on the agreement.

IT Operator at Low Yat

Hi all,

I am trying to find or whether you know the person who brings in the IT shops at Low Yat?

Anyone knows how or who I can speak to that might know about this? I believe the IT businesses are dealt by a few agents that bring them all to Low Yat.
