[HELP] Modem & wireless router setting

Here are my problem.

1. I hv bought D-link DSL-520B (ADSL2+ethernet router) and Aztech wireless broadband wireless (802.11b/g).

2. The shop tell me do the connection from D-link to aztech and aztech to my lappy... then enter the 192.168.1.1 admin to config..

3. after config... i can't do the WAN connection.... i have call them to ask for the setting.. but, they always keep saying, just use the manual2... bla bla bla..

4. then i call Streamyx and Telekom to confirm that my connection is ok not.... but they said NO PROBLEM... i shud get the connection...

5. So now, i don't know what to do....

6. IF THERE ARE SOMEBODY IS THIS FORUM WHO ARE REALLY2 EXPERT IN THIS AND STAY AT KAJANG.... I'M WILLING TO PAY IF YOU CAN COME TO MY HOME AND DO THE SETTING FOR ME...... I'M NOT I.T PEOPLE.... PLEASE... I DIDN'T SLEEP FOR 2 DAYS JUST BECOZ I DO THIS *&^$&* STUFF... MY HOUSE AT TAMAN KENARI SG RAMAL.... I HAVE ASK THE SHOP EITHER THEY CAN COME OR NOT... THEY SAID NO..!

Laptop cannot switch on..

Hello there intelligent LYN members~

i have a big problem... for me laa... hehe...

i use lenovo Y410... this tragedy happen last week... when my brother using the laptop... then it suddenly shut down automatically....
then when try to switch on again.... it doesn't work.... i hold the power button for a moment also nothing appears on the screen... and it seem nothing sound heard from the laptop (as usual when u switch on the laptop...u can hear a sound coming like "bzztt..trrttt...")

i have try to plugged out the batery and use the cabel... also cannot work... then put again the batery... it's same... but the batery light is light up....

FYI... the Lenovo Y410 have the extra function for CD player... which we can play CD songs without switch on the laptop... i switch on that player... it's working.... but when push the power button... nothing happen....

i want to claim for warranty... since i buy it last July 2008... but..... unfortunately..... the receipt gone oredi....

did i still can get the warranty with other method? i buy at Winchance Lowyat (the dealer of Lenovo)... can i refer to them and get the copy of the receipt back?

or if can repair.... how much it cost?

hope somebody will figure out for me the best way to solve my problem..... hu hu hu....

RAM disappear

hello...

today i hav re-format again my rig by using Windows XP service pack 3.... since my old OS does not support engineering software... which is Vista Ultimate... so i decide to install Windows XP....

My laptop using 4GB DDR2 Ram.... but after complete setup XP.... i check in the control panel system... it appear 2.99GB of RAM only..!!

where the other 1GB..??

hope somebody will help me find back the missing 1GB....

Windows CPU usage very high once starting OS..

Dear intelligent LYN technical support....

I'd got another probs after BSoD previously.... also using Vista OS in the same laptop....

nowadays, i dunno when it begin... once i start my Windows... (switch on)... after enter desktop, all processed very slow... even i wan to refresh oso very slow....

i check all my program installed (in the taskbar)... the anti-virus is missing.... i using KIS ver7... then i check the Task Manager, i dunno why so many processed is running.... then i looked up in the CPU Usage (in Performance tab)... the CPU Usage is 99% and Memory bar is almost full.... but the graph doesn't appear... it's like freezing.... it seem my OS is freezing.... the My Computer can open.. but nothing in there... blank...

the solution that i did... i restarted the laptop for several time until the anti-virus appear..... only then i can use perfectly..... huhuhu......

there is any virus? spyware? malware? hardware probs? OS probs again? ram probs? or..... my laptop prob.......

hello.. i want to ask about this matter... i don't know either this thing is bad or not....

i'm using Vista Ultimate OS in my laptop.... sometimes, the blue screen will appear during using this laptop.... here was the note appear after it restarting itself...

i'v set my mind to lose fatt starting this year 2008... this is becoz one of my friend, with 112kg weight, after 3 month exercise and diet, he now become 90kg........ very very look different lol... haha... so, how bout me? still 100kg+++ like usual....

my diet program start last year on December 07..... in the middle of month.... so start take the supplement, jogging every morning, do simple2 workout at home (with my 5kg dumbell), diet and diet....... and at the end of month December... i register at nearest gym... of course, i don want to lose weight only... oso want to build up muscle.....

so, here my everyday routine, just want to share with you all....

1. Morning

-take my supplement
-eat Gardenia Toest'em Raisin Oatmeal
-light exercise (like jogging, dumbell, skipping, sit up)

2. Afternoon

-take supplement
-have a small lunch.... like mihun sup, mixed rice (small quantity loh)...... this is for your energy...

3. Evening

-take the tea-break
-go to gym

4. Night

- twice per week i play futsal....
- take my supplement and sleep....... hehee

My workout:

1. Leg press

2. Pectoral machine

3. Chin-up

4. Triceps dips

5. Abs crunch

[Help] My laptop screen got weird stripe..

Here the picture of what happen to my laptop screen... there's something like white-blur stripe appear on the screen..but it's static...no move or blinking or whatever.... fyi, i holding this laptop very nicely....

can anybody know what happen? and if need repair or need to change the screen (hopefully not )... where the exact place i must go......

can anybody tell me how this happen?

My rig :- Pentium D 3.0ghz, MSI Neo-F, MSI NX7300GT, 1GB DDR2, HDD...

is it any problem or not suitable component in my rig?

My computer now always restart itself while i use it...

dunno why... i check no virus.... also change my power supply to Cooler Master 430W...

please help me to solve this....
