Im currently buying a subsale condo.<br />And planning to withdraw my acct2 epf for the downpayment.<br />As I have been told by my lawyer, I need to have Snp doc, loan offer letter and confirmation letter. Question now is that the developer is unable to give me the confirmation letter until the condo is completed. So means i can only withdraw my epf upon the condo is completed. Is it normal that the developer is unable to provide me the confirmation letter?
