PC wont Off when Shut Down

when i shut down my pc...it exit windows and after that it's hang at blue screen "windows is shutting down"..i leave it for 5 hours and when i check my pc after that and it's still don't turn off...and it's continues untill today...for ur information..there was no problem with pc and i just buy it about 2 week ago...anyone help??

and the ouput always print invalid conversion..it means it cannot execute the if condition........even when i type exactly as the if condition want...anyone??

Hi..can anybody help me???i'm using NEW Tforce 6100 socket AM2..i just recive it today..when i start playing games..so far i try playing ran online n o2jam...the image is always corrupted. ..Anyone have same problem with me???..anyone can help me??thx
