Hi, I have a relative in KL, she and her husband have a house and a walk-up apt. All paid up . She intend to give the house
to her godson. They do not have any children. She pay practically 90% for both properties. Her husband has stage 4 intestine cancer. My question is:

1. If her husband pass away, how's the inheritance work?
2. How does it affect her godson?
3. Can the husband siblings claim a slice of the properties?
4. Taxes?

Sharp SJF85VMSS, 4 doors French.
