Vending Machine to sell - 50% ROI pa

Hi everyone,

I have a vending machine to let go with cool system and 22 inch LCD currently situated in an office building with monthly fixed income.
The asking price is RM18,000. The reason why is this price because of the location and I paid for the location. The return is around 50% per annum. So it will take around 2 years to breakeven. What I am proposing is Net Income return.
There is no rental fees or utility fee. The machine is well-taken care as it is situated in an air-conditioned office and it safe from any rude behaviors from the buyer.

Looking for serious buyers only. The buyer have to be responsible to refill the machine every week, each refill takes 2 hours of labor work during the working day. 9 am-6 pm. If you do not wish to do it on your own then the profit is less.

Reason to let go, fulltime job taking my time commitment. PM me if you seriously looking for extra side income with your extra time.

Hi there, recently I have an idea to build a website and I ended up signing up a foreign talent in India from freelancer website. I have no IT background, there are few things that worry me. Hopefully anyone here can give me a sense of direction.

1. Once the project is completed, what are the few things to do before getting source code and after getting the source code. I am asking them to write me a user manual guide currently.

2. Since the source code is written by foreigner, is there anything I will need to pay attention to?

3. After the website is live, which is the better option i hire a local IT guy to maintain the website and social platform or hire back the foreigner to do so.

4. How do I secure myself if i pass my source code to a local IT guy?

5. Any tips of how to test out the website before I finally accept their product?
