* Provides engineering support to production to sustain and improve production yield, quality and process cycle time.
* To provide tooling and fixture support to production in order to develop and improve process flow.
* Liaise with vendors / customers on product-related issues

Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, preferably with 1 years' relevant experience in a highly competitive product manufacturing environment.
* Good leadership and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
* Understanding of process control and SPC methods is essential.

Before I am graduate, i wish to know all kind of electrical engineer job (I'm studying double E) to choose the most suitable job.

Design engineer would be out of my mind (I dun want to squeeze my mind =(

Anybody working as product or process engineer? I wish u could share your experience. You could tell me
your company name, location, and the skill needed (this is the most i wanted to know) , how far the position can grow, pro and cons?

Before that i wish to thank those who willing to share and hope it could help fresh graduate as well.

Degree Vs PHD

Hi everyone, Im studying Degree E & E..

My lecturer told me that if im getting CGPA 3.8 and above, i might direct study Phd for 3 years..

However , I wonder is it worth to spend 3 years taking it? How much different with ppl holding Phd and Degree.

When graduated from Phd, ppl may hv working experience if they start to wrk after degree.

If you have any experience, please do not hesitate to share, thank!!
