DMP 12inch vs Japan Alpine

My Recon Vellfire 2016 ZG comes with original Japan Alpine monitor. I have 2 options:
1) Add Android module and use existing Alpine HU
2) Replace with Tesla style 12inch monitor by DMP

Can you guys recommend which would be the best option? Priority is stability and quality. Which one would have the best audio quality and is smooth with less lag and freeze and restart etc. Price wise Tesla monitor slightly more expensive but not by much.

Ipod extended warranty

hey guys,

I am currently in Australia. I am planning to buy an ipod classic 80gb.

So here's the thing, i am able to get an extended warranty of 2 years for a cost of 50AUD (about RM150). The first year would be from apple and the following 2 years by the company offering the warranty. That makes a total of 3 years security. It is a fairly big company in Australia hence i doubt they would go bankrupt any time soon. It is conveniently accessible as it is in the city. The warranty covers everything in the pack including the earphones.

Would all you forumers who have/had an ipod advise me if i should get the extended warranty. Feel free to let me know your reasons or ask me if you have any questions. The more feedback i get the better it is for me to make my decision as i would know on average if an Ipod is durable and able to last 3 years without a problem. Or perhaps it is simply not worth it to spend so much on the warranty?

Thanks very much guys. All replies would be appreciated.

Cheers
