Which car dealers to avoid plz?

My mother want to change father 18 year old mercedes to something newer. For the past three years we spent 42,000 ringgit to replace old parts.

Under consideration are 7 year old Mercedes e Class and BMW 3 or 5 series.

But I was warned there are some dealers who are rude and very dishonest. I noticed from whatsapp some salesmen are sneaky in hiding if they are online or not. Can plz advice me which ones to avoid?

My mom prefer to wait for the new arrival facelift Accord due in September 2016.

I seen some bad scratches on my friends cars after they gone to do car tints in Subang (Industrial Park) and Shah Alam (near Hakim).

I want to tint my new car soon. Any very good place to recommend?

Dell 15R Special Edition.......good choice or ?

I was using my old Sony Vaio for my degree course and also to view youtube and full Hd videos taken from my Sony full Hd camcorder.
But now this 4 years old Vaio has konked out after 3 overheating situations. I intend to throw this away.

Replacements that I am thinking are Dell 15R Special Edition: i7 processor, 8 Gb RAM, 15.6 inch 1920x1080 screen @ rm 3199)
Is this a good choice or problematic one?

Same Dell model 15R Special Edition: i5 processor, 8 Gb RAM with 15.6 inch 1366x768 screen @ rm 2597

Which one is better? From experience is HP Envy a better choice for the money? I will be using Windows 8. I heard i5 processor is more economical, is this true? Thanks for help.
