My Project is building a website to receive questions from strangers.

And other strangers will reply to the website.

Users can receive the answers from other strangers via email, and chat, whatsapp

question:
Can i have the website link to a whatsapp number (Lets say : 015 -123 123) and from this number ( 015 123 123) , it will send the answer to users, if users register their number to receive the answer.

Scenario .

Person A : going to ask question
Person B : Stranger that will answer question
Person c : Stranger that will answer question

Person A log in into website, choose to receive answer from whatsapp. Starts posting questions
person B answers Person A questions from website . Website then send the answer to Person A whatsapp
person C answers Person A questions from website . Website then send the answer to Person A whatsapp

Can this be done? How? What do i need?

hi,

im using HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab063tx,

spec
Processor : Intel® Core ™ i5 -5200u CPU @ 2.20Ghz
ram : 4gb
system type 64-bit OS
window 10

i only play DOTA, almost everytime i play, it will crash
either before game,(during finding game, the screen will suddenly freeze)
or during game (also game freeze)
3 times already kena LOW PRIO

what i have done
1. close all apps at task manager
2. select High-performance NVIDIA processor

but still crash/hang

please help me. i want play dota only. hmmmmm

do i need to partitioned my hard disk?

hi sifus .. morning

im under a project of installing QMS.. queue monitoring system

consist of the ticket printer, voice module, multimedia information controller that is connected with tv for display
and a HUB that comes with 12 port of POE(power over electric) for a tablet

it is a system whereby customer takes a number and wait for staff to call them via system.

PROBLEM

each devices are connected thru lan
when i connect each equipment to the network rack. only ticket printer can be ping.. other equipment cant be ping.

but when i connect an 8 port switch (dlink) to the network rack. and all the equipment to the switch .. all the equipment can be ping.. why does this happen?
