Recommendation for CPU cooler for Ryzen 5 2600

Hey all sifus, currently I am using stock cooler for my Ryzen 5 2600 and it's temperature is quite high.

Idle = 50 - 60°
Gaming = 60 - 70+°

I have done some research saying the temperature consider normal but I would like to buy a new cooler to let it chill abit. Budget around RM200.

My spec:
CPU : Ryzen 5 2600
Mobo : MSI B450M
RAM : 16gb 2666
PSU : Cooler Master Elite V3 500W
SDD : 1x Samsung 850 120gb / PNY CS900 200gb
GPU : Zotac gtx1060 6gb

Hello guys, I am currently building a new rig with budget of RM2000 - RM2300.

The spec in my mind:

CPU - i3-9100F
MOBO - H310 (any brand will do)
GPU - GTX-1660
RAM - 8GB (any brand will do)
etc...

I have done some research and found out that the CPU will bottleneck the GPU, I need some advice from all sifus here and feel free to advice the full spec of my current budget pls. Thank you in advance.

WTA - CPU temperature

Hello guys. the temperature of my CPU is around (85°C ~ 100°C ) when running games like Dota 2 & Csgo. While when i just perform some simple tasks like surfing web and watching youtube, the temperature is around (50°C ~ 60°C +-). I have done some searching about this and most of them are running Dota 2 around (60-70°C ) only. Is that my CPU having problem? or i need a CPU cooler. If yes, please recommend me a CPU cooler around RM150+-. I am using a stock cooler currently.
