Hello fellas,

I'm is here again to ask for general opinion about the working etiquette of young ppl these day, esp fresh grads from Gen 1990s - 2000s.

From myself, personally, based on my real time experience with them, I would say :

~70% of them have the following traits:
1) Want low workload job, but demand high pay
3) Not committed to work, slacking, not following up on tasks
4) Do things really slow and don't take initiative in problem solving
5) While at work, everyday busy browsing facebook, lazada, groupon or whatsapp / wechat

~10% of them
Opposite of ~70%

~20% of them
Mix-mix, have the traits of ~10% and ~70%

Feel free to leave comments if your find that untrue / true. I would like to know if it's just in my corp or it happens in other corp also.

Recently there's a new staff just joined my current company, he is a very busybody kind of person. I just don't know what is wrong with him.

@.@ more and more gossip girls/guys join my company. Jeez.

He always ask : hey what are u doing now? Etc.
Well he sometime purposely walk around others people cubicle to spy around just to see what other people is doing.

So annoying and piracy invading that i wish i can kick his balls / ass. If i'm allowed to (by law) haha

Hi Folks,

I was checking my personal email for some feeds just now, I received an interview invitation from a company via email.

But then, S*** happened when one of my colleague came to my desk all of the sudden to ask something and I forgot to logoff my personal email.
Guess what? She (definitely) saw my personal email bout that interview invitation. I was like F!

The worst thing is, that person is a Gossip Girl-cum-"Communications And Multimedia Minister" in my current company.

So how? lol. Am I going to be screwed?

Dear good souls~

Recently I've been loaded with massive amount of tasks and projects at work. And today, dunno why, after I've drink two cup of black coffee this morning, anxiety starting to build up.

Here is what I gotten into today:
1) Restlessness
2) Feel like something danger is going to befall me
3) Pounding heart
4) Headache
5) Feeling tense and jumpy

Is this normal? Is it abnormal?
Any good tips from sifu to tackle/reduce such anxiety attacks?

Dear all,

I've just submitted an application for TM Unifi 5mbps (RM149/month) @ TM promo booth in Midvalley.
I noticed there's a Streamyx 8Mbps package but my residential area, can only support up to 2mbps so I just applied for Unifi 5mbps

My concerns is:
1) Is the speed between Unifi and Streamyx the same?
(Unifi using fibre optic , Streamyx using conventional copper wire)
2) Is Unifi any good? Any info sharing is greatly appreciated.
3) I currently using Streamyx 1mbps , applied in 2010 Student Package, running smoothly. Only the speed is killing me.
4) Shall I wait for couple of years for cheaper Internet package? Who knows, maybe it will..

Dear all kind souls,

Yesterday, I've accidentally hinted to my HR Manager that I had the intention of resigning from my current position.
I not saying I would 100% resign, nor will I resign immediately. It's just a thought of doing so.
By using my intuition, I feel like the HR Manager begin to have some prejudice & distrust towards me.

Is this normal?
Did I screwed up on this for accidentally hinted my intention of resigning?
Or did I think too much?

By the way, I didn't do anything wrong / illegal thru out my employment for the past two years, I've performed my duties professionally all the time.

Anyone here mind to share out, what is the typical Increment / Bonus you will get or might get (if the employee performed very well thru out the year)

I would like to get more info on this, to determine whether it's time for me to change career path OR stay on in my current corp; since the living cost in Msia is getting tougher and tougher.
I do understand it differs from one corp to one corp. A typical rate will do.
