Parking Summon

i just received a lawyer notice from local municipal council asking me to pay for the parking summon about 25 pcs offences RM100 each by 10 days to prevent any legal/courtcase action against me

this is because i did not display the parking ticket each time i park my car, and got the red summon from local council

the problem is i asked my friend they say they receive such notice after accumulated more than 100 pcs offences. they did not pay up and just ignore.

but i am worried, if i ignore this , i might get sued by court, and by then it will increase to RM300 per offence!! i wonder if should i pay up or just ignore this letter??

i am broke. i cant pay even RM50 per piece (TOTAL RM1750) after the person discount 50% if pay on the spot.

how come? anyone with such experience??

please share what are your actions

i dont want this case to be listed into my CTOS record.

Pay credit card by this 30th april 2013

I got two credit card balance outstanding already almost max rm5k each (actually around rm4900++) usage already.

If i pay rm4500 to each credit card by TODAY (29 april 2013) and my credit card balance sure got around rm400++ owe amount right ?

So if i print my ccris by this 16th may 2013, my credit card balance outstanding as at 30th April 2013 will be around rm400++ for these two credit cards right? That makes it a good impression to banks if i apply loan right or not?

My question is to know if i settle my credit card by end of this month, then ccris will show good impression by 16th may right?

If i swipe max my credit card again on 1st may 2013, this info will not enter my ccris report that i print on 16th may 2013 right?

I wanted to print my latest bank statements to apply for loan from a bank, but maybank officer only printed a computer white paper form statement that reads Maybank INQ SAFE SVG ACTIVITY LIFO, can this statement used to apply loan with any banks?

The maybank officer at the counter said that they only can have this type of bank statement printed . They cannot give the official bank statement with Maybank letterhead and logo. They even charge rm5 per piece. I went to maybank2u.com but the statement that i need is the past year statement

bankers, is there any extended version of CCRIS?

is there any extended version of CCRIS report that only financial institutions can view, apart from the individual CCRIS report that people print at Bank Negara kiosk ??

means like is there additional information such as :
1) employment details & history
2) mailing address , contact number
3) salary for each job history

details..etc , that only banks can see?

and yes, if I submit loan / credit card application, does it matter if my 3 months bank statement (shows salary credited) , each time, after my salary credited (each month) and I withdraw all , leaving no balance on the account end of each month, for consecutive three months..
will that affect anything? or my loan application reduced/reject ??

stop pay PTPTN loan because postponed studies

i havent finished my university course, still left 1 year to completion, but i opt for postpone course. ptptn disbursement of my study loan only happens the next semester if they see that i passed my previous semester.
now, since i postponed my semester, ptptn no longer imbursed money to my bank account.

since early last year, i received the payment table letter from ptptn.
so i start paying the monthly instalment based on the payment table since early last year.

but since july 2012 till now, i stop paying the instalments. it's been about 6 months of non paying, but i did not receive any reminder or statements from ptptn at all.

i think will this cause ptptn to issue lawyer letter or have bad records on my bank files?

yet, i still havent complete my course, and ptptn also stop paying my study loan since then

Recently, i got an offer from a private licensed money lender from malaysia. Loan is pre-approved and i had to sign lawyer agreement between me and that company before i can receive the loan. Interest so low, only 6% per annum , tenure 5 years.

I need to ask, if i loan from this company and signed the agreement, will banks have a record of it, even mark it in my CCRIS , stuffs like that? Will it cause any difficulty if i wanted to take bank loan , housing loan in future , etc??

I'm not very understanding of home re-mortgage/ re-finance a fully settled house. The current market value of the house will be evaluated by the bank? Are all the market value of the house is the same with all banks in malaysia?

How long does the re-payment tenure once refinance successful? Is there any case the bank does not want to refinance this house/property?

Refinancing is the cheapest way to get extra cash in hand for emergency purposes? How long does the process take until money is reimbursed into account?

Thank you

Does the bank check the age of the person who want to refinance his/her home?

Wondering if some banks in malaysia still approved personal loans to borrowers with CCRIS 2 records within past 12 months? Is there any waiting period that borrower need to wait before submit their ploan application? Why there are so many online services that can guarantee approval loan for people geing blacklisted, CCRIS, CTOS problems?

I thought banks are very strict about the regulations regarding loan process nowadays.
Thank you for any advices

Why need to go loan consultant agency than bank wa

I been getting a lot of calls lately from loan agency/consultants that offer faster approval of personal loan from 10 to 15 banks across malaysia. I in doubt, because they charge 10% commission off the loan amount approved. That's quite hefty. But why people rather consult their servicesrather than going to the banks to apply? Is there a higher rate of approval by using consultant services?

friends,

i got a few questions i need to know regarding bank personal loan procedures (approval process)

i hope everyone whom worked with the bank in relevant area can enlighten me .. thx

1) if apply for housing loan, the monthly instalment to be paid by applicant should not be more than 50% of their monthly income, right? after minus
monthly commitments such as insurance, car loan, housing loan?
what about unsecured personal loan? how much percent should not exceed to pay for personal loans?

2) if i just changed job to work in my friends company (also newly registered software reseller shop, less than 2 months business registered) and he
offer me a good salary each month (RM10k a month) , but still havent contribute to my epf for three months (maybe i'm under 3 months
probation), can i apply for personal loan from the bank without submit epf statement? only need to submit company letter of acknowledgement?

3) my friend's new shop just opened less than 2 months, but he give me a unbelievably high salary, then if i apply for personal loan, will the bank
also check my friends company account internally (in case, prevent any fraud , misinformation) ??

4) if i late payment for broadband bills, astro, maxis, tmnet, electricity bill, water for three months, will it affect my CCRIS records?

5) can anyone working in the bank check everyone's CCRIS, CTOS records through their banking system?

6) why some bank officers do not accept bank statement, where salary are credited by the boss through cash deposit machine? how if my boss
transfer my salary to my account thru internet banking? why should it be cheque deposit for salary transactions ?

7) if each time my salary is deposited into my account, and i withdrawn partial to full amount, leaving almost not balance left in the account at the end of the each month, will it affect the personal loan approval?

need an urgent bank loan

dear LYNs,

i'm very deeply in debt more than >RM80k which i really need to settle SOME of my debts instantly. problem is i just started a cafe business about 3 months , with my name as sole proprieter, each month turnover around RM12k only. i calculate really not enough money to cover 4 workers salary (RM1,000 each) + rental (RM3500) + electricity (RM2000+) + equipments , food, beers (RM5000++) at all after being 3 months in business. i had invested a lot of money in this cafe, some i borrowed from family & friends and i promised will pay them back rm8k a month the amount i owed. family friends keep bugging me to pay back, the only chance i can is borrow >RM80k from the bank and pay them one lump sum, then bear the monthly instalments myself (lesser burden than having to pay RM8k each month)

now i'm very very worried. because my previous job was in sales for more than 3 years (never submit income tax before , salary also not much to survive) i own a car almost two years, two credit cards (rm5k each, each month only can pay minimum rm250 more than 3 years card), personal loan rm10k (paid up to 1 year already). i never been blacklisted, ccris , or ctos. sometime car pay also late 1 month, or 1 month half++

i went to lots of bank to apply for business loan or personal loan, but all the people said must be working for more than 3 months at least, with epf and bank account statement as proof. my last epf from very very long employer was about 3 years ago. duh! business loan dont have to say , need to be in operation at least 2 years only can apply.

any bank underwriters can give suggestion / ideas to help a poor soul like me?[QUOTE]
