vaio CS 33 windows 7 64bit touch panel

Hi guys, i have a vaio CS33 and before this it was windows vista and the touch panel for the volume controls are running well, now i format the whole system to windows 7 64bit and i'd downloaded all the drivers on the vaio website, installed it, but the touch panel is not working. can anyone help me? btw i've checked the device manager, it said base system driver not found. thank you in advance and sorry if i'd posted this on the wrong section.

any recommendation for amd based lappy?

sorry to bother u all, but here's my prob. i just on my computer just now, and the lcd stated that it cant detect any signal. so thinking it was probably my lcd's prob, i hooked it up to another lcd, on it, still not detected. so, i thought it was the cable prob, cuz i'm using cheap dvi cables, i got an extra 1, which is still working on my bro's computer, but still no signal. but anyway, here's the weirdest part, since i can't see anything on the lcd, so usually, we just hold the power button for like a couple of seconds(usually 10 sec) then it'll perform a direct shut down rite? but not this 1, u just need to like, tab it once, and it'll turn off directly.

any help on this? please?

i'm using, maximus 2 formula mobo, ati 4870 toxic ed, 4gb cossair ram

Well, as the title here goes.

we've been dating for more than half a year now, then a couple of months back, she ever told me about her first crush which is now dating with one of her friend. She kept asking me how he looks, passing me links from her friend's blog and all. But well, i usually say that he's, uhm, not that good looking and all (to be honest lar~). Every single time i made that comment, she'll show a sad face, and at some point siding her first crush. Well, i guess it's just me thinking too much but, it happened so many times (although it's like less than 10) but, yea, it happens, she likes to bring the topic up, she never says anything good or bad about him, she'll usually ask, like "what do you think about him?", "is he handsome?", and i can't possibly say yes to that black-colored spec frame and the legendary mushroom hair. But she would just get all emotional(uhm, maybe just a lil bit) and defend him. I can see she's trying to make it not so obvious, but still, we always bumped into that couple a lot of times, and everytime she saw her crush, she would suddenly keep quiet, and i can see she have a lot of thoughts in her mind.

I dunno, am i being too paranoid? What should i do?

formating problem

i was just formatting my pc with windows xp. but when it reached half way, during the formatting, some errors occurred, like errors on dvdplay.dll cant be extract into the hdd. of course, i'd already tested my hdd and making sure that it's working fine. I also zero-ed the hdd to make sure that there is no left over files in it. my rom has no problem as i had tried 3 cd roms with it. so is my disc, i already tried 3 original xp discs. so what's the problem? when the error occur, after i press enter, it'll still occur again, meaning on the same file. if i skipped it, then when everything is done, there will be a blue screen. anyone please help?

I'm not gonna boast or what. So here's the case, my gf's bday is coming soon. she's those kinda girls that saves money. as in even we go dating, she'll choose like kopitiam or some cheap cheap place to date. she hates people spending a lot of money and she ever told me that if i spend a lot she'll get angry.

so, she was looking for some pink laptops around, but dell's design just sux and all that with pink. so there was this pink vaio that i'd found. which was like a hell lot over her budget. But it looks perfectly perfect! yea, it cost quite some money, but i wanna get it for her so much as her bday gift. but from the statement above, as in, she's someone who is very aware of money. if i get it for her, will she be like, happy? or will she get mad all over me? cuz i'm still in a dilemma of getting it. but she needs it, and i think she'll be happy?

well, you can say i'm those kinda guys who enjoy treating their gfs like a princess. i never did ask for anything in return, but my gf kept stressing out that she did not treat me as good as i treat her. but that's the way, i mean, i enjoyed baking cakes, cooking for her, help her in her studies and stuff like that, just to see her smile in return. but instead, she felt insecure by the way i treat her, and always said that i would leave her for someone else cuz she's useless? i mean, she's not, i love her, and that's all i wanna do, to make her happy, spicing up our relationship, and make her life easier. so, the question is, girls don't like guys to treat them nice?

Network and ethernet controller

Hi, i just formated my lappy (travekmate 4154NLCi) and i downloaded all the drivers from acer's main web. The problem is i can't online after installing everything. i checked the device manager and there's two component which have not been recognize which is the ethernet and the network controller. Can anyone tell me how can i install or solve this problem? I know the ethernet thingy uses broadcom but after i installed it, it's still the same. Thx in advance

hi, I'm not sure whether it's appropriate to post in this section, but i got some prob with the ms ppt. I hope that the sifus here can help me. Haha.

Uhm, I'm doing a presentation, with the help of ms ppt. I inserted a video into the slide, but end up showing nothing. There's a black rectangular there which i think it's the video player, but it plays nothing. The video format is .avi and it's around 300MB. I'm quite sure that ms ppt can play avi format, so, izit due to the size of the video? If it is, can sifus here intro me any freeware on video compressor?

She's a heck of a lady,and yea...she's hot. From nowhere, i was shot by a cupid right through my heart. Damn...she really got me there, and I have to tell you that I never felt this way since...uh...a long time ago. I'm someone who talks a lot of crap, but when i wanted to start a conversation with her, I rather keep quiet and enjoy those beautiful eyes of hers. I dunno why but when we're having fun, she just sat there, starring at her cup, like she's thinking about something. I dunno why she does that, but that was mesmerizing. I really really dunno how to start something up to verbally communicate with her.

Hey, I need some advice for my friend here.

Well, the story goes like this. She met a guy, and they're in love(duh~). And my friend, she's crazy bout him, and it's written all over her face. As for the guy, he loves her too, but he have high expectations on her. For the record, she took up courses to improve herself. Like swimming class, arts, computers and etc. She's still a student and she worked very hard to get those bucks to pay for the lessons. She even worked half dead so that she could get her bf a birthday present which cost over 1k(heck). And now, the bf's starting to get cold on her. Kept asking her to find another guy and stopped answering her calls. She's very depress for now, and she attempted to commit suicide all the time. She cut her risk once but luckily the wounds aren't that deep, and she even thought of dying by inhaling poisonous gases. She thought that she'd sacrifice a lot for him and she just can't accept the fact that he's giving her up. I'm kinda worry bout her, and I have no idea what to do. I need some advice on how to console her. Please be constructive. Thx in advance lyn-ers.
