Need some motivation

This is continued from my previous topic One chance or break up

The first 3 days is okay for me, it's like I'm finally free.
Then I started feeling down.

I was worried where he went, where he sleep and some clothes of his is at my place.
He did not message me, he is like totally missing.
Up to a point I felt like calling his family asking if he is around but i dare not to do it.

Then, I fall sick and I was all alone.
He used to be around when I'm sick taking care of me, that's when the loneliness hit me.
I realize I was alone.

I post up a status in my facebook asking my friends to bring me out, some contacted me, then FFK me last minute which made me feel much worst.

Then I thought, I wanna go back to my parents place. To my surprise, they brought up some issues, we have big argument and they said we are no longer family and they are disgraced to have me as their child.

Still, I did not drop a single tear.

I went out by myself and I met an accident. My bike is badly damaged by some hit-and-run dude. I escaped death with some minor bruises but my riding jacket and helmet was torn/broke. At that point I rather die than being soulless. I look up some friends name in my contact list but none are able to come to help. The person who helped me was some rempitz bring me to hospital and even adjust some part of my bike so it can run again.

I feeling alone even I'm surrounded by people.
All I had in my mind was him.
I do not want to go out from my room.
I do not want to eat.
I do not want to meet any of my friends.

Then he messaged me ask me how am I.
I pretend that I was fine and I said I'm hanging out with my friends.
I asked him where is him, he said he is sick, at his friends place.

This morning he came to my place and took his stuffs.
He did not said a word to me, even a hi or bye.
When he is about to leave, I pulled his hand. I wanted to ask him to stay but I couldn't voice it out.
I saw his hand was with bandages. He must be really sick because I saw injection marks and holes on his hand.

I feel guilty leaving him. I never thought I will be this unhappy without him.
But I know, decisions have been made.
I asked him where is he going, he said to interview.
I asked him again, will he be back here and meet me, he said, "when the time is right, I will be back"

He left, and I cried myself.

Then I went to the balcony, I wanted to jump off for the pain i had but I couldn't take how my dead body will look like.
I know he doesn't want me anymore. He had changed his number, I couldn't reach him.

Please help me. How to get myself back up...

Rental Contract

I have RM2375 deposit with this house owner but the contract of the house name wasn't mine because I continue the contract from previous tenant.
She knows that I took over this house from previous tenant but she said don't need to do new contract because this contract is still valid by law.

I'm met her last saturday to give her the house key then she said she cannot give me the deposit because the house is dirty and the walls are filled with wallpapers. She want me to pay her RM400 to paint the middle and small room. I refused and I said I will paint it myself. She said okay and make sure the house is clean and walls is painted.

So today i went to the house wanted to show my friend which rooms to be painted and I saw her there.
She said I need to pay her RM3500 to fix the whole house to look nice again.
WTFFFFF!!! I have not broken anything or modify anything in the house except the wallpapers and now she want me to pay RM3500 to fix everything.

My friend told me to forget about the deposit and move on but for me, the RM2.3k is a huge sum of money.

Any advice?

One chance or break up?

TL;DR : Give a chance to a guy that he can be independent financially or just break up cruelly

Info:
-girl and guy have been living together for a year (to those who might be asking whether they piap2 already or not, it's a no because different room. No light stuff too)
-for that period of time, girl have been paying for deposit + rental + utilities + transportation up to a point no savings at all
-guy just started working last month after being job hunting for so long
-guy very materialistic and like to show off to his friends that he's well paid but actually he is still unemployed
-girl is very stupid for this whole year and always end up soft hearten and buy stuff for the guy
-girl ask for break up many times but guy will threaten to find girl's family and tell them they are staying together
-last time asking for break up is yesterday but guy pretend like nothing happen
-girl want to move out and get back the home deposit and move somewhere but house is under contract for another year
-guy got apologies for using girl's money and promise that one he get his salary next month, he will prove to the girl that he can be her future husband
-guy's salary < girl's salary for now.

the dulan side is guy like to ask girl to borrow money from people

Resignation during Probation period

I have been working in this company for more than half a year and still under probation.
In the contract, it's stated 7 days notice for resignation..
When I sign the offer letter, they say that any days which I'm working on PH, it will be accumulate and I can take leave using those public holidays if I don't want my basic being pro-rated.
If so, I have 11 PH accumulated till today.
Now, what happen to those 11 days because HR said I still need to work for the 7 days notice?
Burnt?

Accept the promotion, reject and stay

My position: Customer support + rojak2 work load that not in my job scope
Shift: 12 hours either morning or night
Salary: Maximum RM2200

Here is the situation.
Team leader resigned
This month 2 more CS is leaving which mean will be only 2 CS including me in company
HOD promoting me to Team Leader
No new personnel coming in yet (interview still ongoing) because of low basic salary+long working hours

So here is my dilemma.
If I accept the promotion, I will be working office hour hence I have LIFE but the catch is my pay will be lower and I still need to cover up shift if nobody is working. If I wanna resign, it will be 3 months notice.

If I do not accept the promotion, I will be where I am now, working alone follow up with so many issues and yet have to listen to shits from the management why so many outstanding issues everyday (they can't understand how hard it is to cover up 3 person's job)

My third choice is find another job. The question is how am I going for interview if the schedule is so pack. Additionally, I'm just a SPM graduate so it's hard for me to find another CS position.

Need loan but do not know where I can get fast and how much I can get
I need at least RM2000 for personal reason

Financial Problem

I used to have a best friend and shared alot of secrets.
Last year I was driving her car (under her mum's name) because she is tired and we involved in an accident because of brake failure (kiss buttock)
That time I have no cash in hand and I told her I will pay her in installment every month RM200 for 10 months (the cost of repairing the damage is RM2000) and she said no need because if she is driving, she will still involve in that accident and she can't let her mum know that I was driving.
None of us two mention about that incident because I was traumatized by it and I dare not to drive anymore.
Recently we went into arguments and suddenly she raise up this issue.
She ask me to pay back that RM2000 or else she will make chaos in my workplace and will 'visit' my family.
She already started telling out stories to my friends and make them hate me.

Last month I've spent my savings for my bike dp and so there's no way I can fork out RM2000 out of no where
Now, my question is there any way I can loan RM2000 to keep her mouth shut.

My current basic is 1100. I have shift allowance that add up my salary from 1600-2200 and I'm working in this company since July.

I know some of you will suggest me borrow money from friends and family but I can't due to previous experience with them.
some of you may even think that this is just like a small kid fight so fyi i'm 21 and she is 24
