attansic network advanced settings

i am now using the onboard attansic L1 gigabit ethernet controller. This network card performs well in normal http browsing and browser download. However the network card perform very slow for my emule download. Last time i use the MSI onboard Intel Pro 1000 ethernet and use emule no problem at all. Now the emule only waiting queue for whole day without downloading. Can some sifu here help me to tweak my network card advanced settings? coz i already google abt this attansic network controller and it seems to have problems with gaming online n p2p downloading.

The network card advanced settings include:

BundleID: <blank>
FlowControl: On
MaxFrameSize: 1,514
MaxInterrupt: 5000
MaxRxBuffer: 256
MaxTxBuffer: 256
Media Type: Auto
ModerateIRQ: On
ShutdownWake: Off
SleepPowerSaving: On
Task Offload: On
WakeupCapability: Magic Packet & Pattern
