AMD FX cpu issue

this is my rig,

amd phenom ii x2 B555
GA 970A DS3
GTX 750ti
4GB RAM
Thermaltake 730w smart se

its really fucking old i guess, and i just bought new GC used 750ti few days ago ,
and i found that my cpu bottleneck with the GC GTX750ti

i would like to buy used any AMD FX 4 or 6 series , maybe i just want 4 series because next year i would like to upgrade RYZEN,
so , what is your guys opinion regarding to this matter?

should i just wait to build ryzen next year?
or play the game bottleneck? any damage or problem will occur to my components?

i read alot bout AMD FX user complained bout unstable tempt , FPS drop , suddenly cpu usage 90% - 100% , overheating , some of them suddenly black screen , freeze at window startup,

seems like too much problem on this AMD FX cpu,
make me scare to buy used 1,

GUP temp increased suddenly

this morning i switch on my pc and then my pc making a sound BEEP BEEP BEEP several times and my monitor no display,
as usual , i turn off my pc..and re seat the RAM couple times , the result same....no display on my monitor ,
later , i re seat my GPU and RAM together....finally , there's display on my monitor but there's 1 BEEP sound when i turn on the power button,

the next issue is , when i launched the game....suddenly my GPU fan so noisy and so loud , then ill check the temp on speccy software....it became 90 degree celcius,

i was like , whaaaaaat?

same thing when i tried to play other game...when idle , 53 degree , when in game it increased to 90 degree. i just cleaned up the dust around the fan.

can anyone help me how to settle down this problem?

my current desktop

mobo - GA 97A-UD3
cpu - amd phenom ii x2 555

i want to upgrade my cpu , i think gonna go for fx8350 but i read alot at google...some says not compatible , overheat and negative info on it.

and some says can use fx 8350 on GA 970A-UD3 but need to update bios first,

im quite not understand , morely to confuse i guess,

can you guys help me?

do i need to upgrade mobo to?

or just use my current mobo and just upgrade to fx 8350?

My picture in camera and picture library is all gone

Video in video folder,

But when I sambung the bb to desktop pc with usb cable,
The picture show up there,
Why in my bb dont have the picture?
My english is fail anyway,

Gambar2 dalam bb aku semua da hilang termasuk video skali,tapi bila aku cucuk usb kabel ker pc...aku bukak device bb tu..lepas tu aku cek folder gambar...ada pulak,
Tapi,bila aku cabut balik..dan cek balik...tiada fail2 tu,
Apa nak buat untuk gambar2 semua tu ada balik?
Sekarang ni bukak 'pictures' , camera picture dengan picture library - 0(takde atu gmbar pun)
