            <title>New Mall in USJ, Subang, opening tomorrow (Damen)</title>

            <description>&lt;a href='https://www.facebook.com/damenusj/?fref=nf' target='_blank'&gt;Damen FB&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Damen Mall launching tomorrow. Saw the tenant list, quite impressive. Got Baskin Robins, Caffè Bene, Doi Chang, Chi Fitness, Grandmama Restaurant, Ong Lai and Super big foodcourt among others. Opening weekend give IPhone 6s everyday. Looks fun&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;USJ 1 damn ONG,  got BRT and got high class mall. June this year LRT also start jalan. Looks like nice place to live.</description>

            <description>With the public display now open for feedback, we can submit our thoughts and proposals to Prasarana. For me, it makes no sense for Bukit Jalil stadium to not be connected to the MRT. Stadium goers will find it way more convenient to take the MRT direct to Bukit Jalil Stadium without having to change trains. Bukit Jalil also has a hugely increasing population and deserves a station. Saw the public display at Masjid Jamek lrt station just now. Gave my feedback already.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If we can get enough people to give this feedback, maybe got hope for a station in Bukit Jalil. Gogogo&amp;#33; Got a free pen too.             <title>Bukit Jalil High Rise Residential Zones</title>

            <description>Hi taikors and tai chehs,  would like your opinion on the following Bukit Jalil zones and their potential. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bukit Jalil City Zone:&lt;br /&gt;-Aurora Sovo &amp;amp; Residences &lt;br /&gt;-Malton Residences &lt;br /&gt;-Shops, malls office and hotel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This one no brainer lah. Definitely central business district of BJ and the most Ong. However not within walking distance to any LRT. Guaranteed Sibeh Ong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1 zone:&lt;br /&gt;-the Treez &lt;br /&gt;-Km1 West&lt;br /&gt;-Link 2&lt;br /&gt;-Twin Arkz &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This will likely be the main center of gravity of Bukit Jalil as it is between the Golf Course and Bukit Jalil Park. KM 1 and The Treez likely walkable to Awan Besar new LRT while Twin Arkz and The Link2 probably need to drive. Since there is a park and ride with 1000+ bays in Awan Besar that should be ok. In my opinion this stretch is the most High Class of the bunch. Still got land in the area for future Devs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;OUG/Bukit Jalil border zone:&lt;br /&gt;-Kiara Residence 2&lt;br /&gt;-Z Residence &lt;br /&gt;-The Seedz &lt;br /&gt;-The Rain&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This location all walkable to Awan Besar LRT but still no link road to Bukit Jalil need to make a big round and traffic likely to be horrible until future link road. Imo this location not as high class due to the flats and I think targeted for middle class. Many many units coming in and will be very high density. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Facing Bukit Jalil Stadium Zone:&lt;br /&gt;-Savanna&lt;br /&gt;-Covillea&lt;br /&gt;-KM 1 East&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This bunch all by Berjaya and fully mature. All walkable to Bukit Jalil LRT. Jam during concerts and events. Best golf view of the lot. Also easy and quick access to Sri Petaling. Closest to Technology Park and IMU. Not much incoming units as no land left unless golf course land used for Dev. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also if anyone knows where Skyworld and other future Devs are please feel free to update. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Which do you think is best zone for own stay and best for investment? Best zone for rental yield or cap appreciation? Thank you in advance. Imo I think most of the zones are good except maybe the Oug border there which is likely to be extremely high density and congested along with steep competition for subsale and rental. Connectivity also currently the worse of the lot but may improve in the future if link road is built. &lt;br /&gt;</description>
