i drive a truck Isuzu D-Max..
last saturday kan raining kaw2..
i drive to office for extra works..
after that when i wanna go back home..
start engine..
after 5 mins the temp staying at C ..
i was panic then when i try to drive seems like semput2..

is it normal like that?

The story is i purchase a Steam Fund from forumer here..
he said it was legal and no issue will arise..
after few months my steam account are mark disputed due to the seller paypal account was suspected fraud account..
i ask the seller and he confirmed that his account was on fraud issue and my steam account was affecting from that..
luckily my steam account manage to be saved and the only bad news that all my purchase using Steam Fund are charged back..
i ask him to refund me steam fund or just pay back the amount i bank in to him..
but he said he can give steam fund back..
now when i ask for doing the transaction he cant do it.. and sayin next week.. after that i cant PM him since his inbox always full..
i try again few more weeks since i saw he online but then same thing happen..
and now when i PM him ' This member has chosen not to be contactable by the board Messenger '
i try email his email but still no response..

so my question here is..
should i open a dispute thread..
or i post in any of this thread?

my situation :

recently i got a call from a guy that he got a job for me..
i said better make a meeting for gathering requirement rather than phone conversation..
so he agreed to place a meeting on his area coffee shop and me agree since i have nothing to do on my sem break..
sadly i have to cancel the meeting on the day that already been agree since weather condition ( me motorbike.. raining sure problem )
so i told him i cant come because of the weather problem and he agree to postponed to next day..
on next day i go to his area earlier because sked weather problem again..
he did show up but about 1-2 hour delay than the time that he set for.. ( me order a drinks already to killing my times and surfing )
im waiting and waiting then he show up..
he ordering a drinks and me also since my drinks already finish..
so i just chatting and starting to getting the requirement for the job and such..
after discussing about the requirement, duration and payment..
i reject his offer nicely since the payment that he offer is damn low..
he said as a friend to my friend i should give a sort of discount and such..
i refuse the offer and i said "i dont take a relationship in doing business.."
i offer my payment and and my deal he still wanna ask for discounts and such since a friend of my friend ..
so i told him nicely i rejecting his offer..
he got mad then he leave with only payin his drinks

i come back at home then he calling me cursing and complaining that im wasting his time for meeting..even he complaining about me canceling the meeting due to weather

should i pew2 him back or nay?
