Lost interest in everything

Guys,

is it normal to loose interest in everything?

I started to lose interest in works, social life, hobbies, gaming, in fact I have started to lose interest in /k/

All I want to do is just lying down and do nothing the whole day...

Is this normal? If not, what should I do?

I am worried about my condition but I dont even know if it really a condition...

UPDATE

So my father seems to notice my "emotion" and started to approach me...

He use to be a department manager, so he can tell when his subordinate suddenly become demotivated...

In this case, it is his own son...

He said that its a normal phase for an engineer that they will suddenly become lost interest in everything after 2 years working in a same position, so back then before he retired, the company will always advise their employee to change department after 2 years... He dont know what is the reason but the company's therapist advise them to do that...

So right now he tell me to take a long holiday, and then if the "emotion" is still there, then try request to change my department or jump to another company...

So I try your suggestion to revisit old things... Back then when I was a teenager, I have this "time capsule" box for a school project... The teacher told us to put something and a list of things we want to say to ourself after 10 years... Guess she can see something like this happen...

Well, it does give a bit spark of my old interest again... hopefully this somehow will "cure" the "problem" (if we can even consider this a problem) and help me to feel alive again... Thanks for your suggestion!!!

A suicide bomber has killed four security officers and injured five others near one of Islam's holiest sites in the Saudi city of Medina, according to the interior ministry.

The bomber detonated his explosives after being stopped outside the Prophet's Mosque, a statement said.

The mosque is the burial place of the Prophet Muhammad and Medina the second-holiest city in Islam after Mecca.

Suicide blasts also struck two other Saudi cities on Monday.

That an attack happened in Medina at such a place is likely to leave Muslims around the world aghast, BBC World Service's Middle East editor, Alan Johnston, says.

Suspicion is likely to fall on so-called Islamic State (IS), he adds.

Al-Arabiya gave a different account of the incident, saying the bomber had targeted the security officers by pretending he wanted to break his Ramadan fast with them.

Qari Ziyaad Patel, 36, from South Africa, who was in the mosque, told the Associated Press news agency people had at first thought it was the sound of the cannon fire that marks the breaking of fast.

The ground shook, he said, adding: "The vibrations were very strong. It sounded like a building imploded."

arlier, at least one explosion rocked Qatif, an eastern city which is home to many minority Shia Muslims.

The blast appeared to target a Shia mosque. The attacker was killed but no other casualties were reported.

A suspected suicide bomber also died after detonating a device near the US consulate in the city of Jeddah. Two security officers were slightly injured as they tackled the man, but no-one else was hurt.

No-one has yet said they were behind any of the attacks.

problem is the phone does not get LTE connection... the highest that it show is H+
