blue screen BSoD!

Need help, i currently using windows7, just formated
i never had any corrupted before but now when i try to on the pc
it will load at the "window loading" too long then it will shows the blue screen (attached below)
i even try to go to safe mode but cannot enter safe mode.
anyone experiences anything like this before?

im thinking of buying new harddisk and ram
