Getting a house at JB

Dear all,

I think I've came to a conclusion of daily travel to SG for work but settling down at JB.
I was wondering, since Im away from Msia for a lil while, no longer paying msia income tax and KWSP side not pumping in money. Will the process of getting mortgage loan be more difficult? or the rate will be slightly higher for me?

Anyway, Im wondering if anyone has done this could share their experience too?

Hello Gurus,

Recently I came across this question, how do people distribute iOS app without going through App Store?
For iOS Developers, YES I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE THINKING. "No way, don't even think about it / Impossible / Ad-hoc is the solution / etc..."

I was like you. However, I went to "some" website obviously I saw the install button for iOS application. I tried to click on it, it installed. It WORKS! Which confused me. Doesn't Apple control their distribution very strictly??

After spending some time on researching, I realize distributing iOS app via website uses the link below?

Of course. The end user is require to trust the application himself in Settings > General > Device Management > "Choose The App" > Trust "AppName"

Then I was informed I will not be able to go for IPO due to the CDS Account is not directly under my name. I'm sharing this because I wonder how many actually aware of this? If the CDS Account is name under the bank, you basically park your name under the bank. (Please help to correct if I have share the wrong message)

C# - Dynamically added button

Hello Gurus.

I am working on ASP C#. Behind my code I have dynamically created few buttons based on its need, the code will run while Page_Load. Based on the database input, it will create the needed buttons.

For example, the button work as a delete function.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Once I open the page, the first delete button works fine.
Then --POST BACK > Page Refresh--

When I click on 2nd button, it does not fire the delete function but it will still perform as below
Then --POST BACK > Page Refresh--

I reclick 2nd delete buton, it works fine now.
Then --POST BACK > Page Refresh--

For the next few buttons, it will happen exactly like how 2nd button did

[/U]Conclusion: I have to press twice to let the method fire[U]

Obviously this has something to do with the lifecycle events of my program but is there any alternative?

But I wonder why will this happens since everytime it reloads, it will call my function to create those button (in Page_Load). Like how it works for the first time!
