Technical issue on Telco or handphone brand

I have an issue with my Samsung S5 [COLOR=red]after switching to Mobil unifi whereby I cant[COLOR=red] log into any banking apps[COLOR=red] or through internet chrome using Home Unifi wifi.
It show no server after circulating for 3minutes. All other apps seem to be fine except banking apps.

I have called Samsung customer service who taught me to reset phone n even the WiFi modem but the issue still not able to be solved. I also acquired from mobile unifi who clean their hand cause using mobile unifi Bebas can log in.

Before switching to mobile Unifi i hv no[B][COLOR=red] such issue to log into banking apps.

Need expert to guide me through this misfortune which I have yet to discover one.

Singapore Airline to Frankfurt- Germany

I will be travelling to Frankfurt from Penang to be with my brother on the same SIA FLIGHT who already purchased his ticket embark from difference port. My travel period is mid Apr 2016 for 16 days.

I have try to book a economic ticket with the best promotion in order to be with him at the same flight (SIN/FRA/FRA/SIN),however I couldn't get the best deal ie full sweet deal price at RM3.8K+(PEN/FRA)return
the price that I secured is RM4.3K due to going Frankfurt seat not available for the sweet deal only left Flexi deal.

Now I need those who has experience in ticketing or frequent travellers who used SIA airline to give me advice/guidance to go ahead to purchase the fare that I secure or shall I wait for Dec to wait for another promotion of the best deal ie sweet deal again i.e hopefully to secure a price as low as possible as I am a homemaker who try to cost saving.

what to buy in Paris n Germany?

I will be going to a conducted tour in London, Paris n Germany whereby they will bring us to shop in PAris -Gallaries Lafayette n old town of Zurich eg switch watches n leather bags.

Any recommendation to buy goods or souvenirs eg perfume n skin cares, lady hanbags or berkinstok slippers which r originated from their own country? My budget is below RM1K goods. Some of the items r available in our country but it is worth to pay in Euro currency n carry all the ways back whereby no diffdrences?

Scam by Tour Agent

I am victim of online purchase which the tour agent has gone bankrupt vide a establish online merchant for tour package. I have a hearing against the tour agent thro tribunal court as advised by the principal i.e Groupon (M) Sdn. Bhd. Now I want to claim back from those surcharge and airplane fare that I paid to this scammer, but the case was not awarded due to not able to serve the tour agent who has closed shop and will not receive the documents served.

Can I claim back my surcharge from the principal instead of the tour agent thro other source i.e. small claim court? As the tour agent is a scammer who made use of Groupon due to negligent of sale without carry a proper duty as I was told that the tour agent has no licence but one of his company i.e. out of three has tourism licence but now ceased.

Scam by Lohas PremiumTravel & Lifestyle

I am a victim of the online scam thro Groupon (M) Sdn. Bhd for purchase of tour package vide Lohas Premium(Tour Agent). I have filed thro Tribunal Court however the hearing is not complete as I cant serve the defendant due to the company has closed down.

Now the problem is this Tour Agent has no licence to carry business when they sold the package to us and Lohas Premium scammed us thro Groupon who has refunded us but not those surcharge that we paid direct to the Tour agent.

Is that a way for me to claim back from Groupon instead of Lohas premium who has declared bankruptcy? Groupon has denied to pay back those we payout to the tour agent as Groupon (the Principal) claimed payment made to who must claim direct to the person as advice by their lawyer.

Can I file thro small claim court to claim from Groupon (M)Sdn. Bhd. instead of Lohas Premium due to negligent by the Principal?
