Help with gaming PC build

Hi guys,

I am looking to build a new gaming PC (would like to play most games on high settings, Full HD (4K optional).

Budget is at RM5k... got some quotations from a few custom gaming PC build shops..

Wont mention the shop names, just the specs.

I requested for Intel and RTX 2070 (not sure if worth it)

Should I downgrade the GC and bump up the processor, RAM? or try out AMD Ryzen? Feedback, comments?

Help recommend a pressure washer

Hi guys,

Can help recommend a pressure washer (any brand) that can draw water from a pail/bucket?

Want to wash my condo unit (window ledge) but not close to the tap...

No experience buying this type of equipment...

Closest I found was the Bosch AQT 33-11 (suppose to be able to self prime)... not sure though..

Guys,

Just met an Indian guy (Ryan), wearing office clothes, on the way back to my office...

This was nearby Dang Wangi station... he approached me and asked if I spoke English..

According to him, he lost his wallet nearby and he is unable to get home to Johor via bus...

Looked like he cried, and he said reported to police and all but no money, so he asked if he could borrow RM30 + a bottle of mineral water...

I said ok, went to a nearby Mamak stall, bought mineral water, and then gave him the water and RM30.

He asked, how to pay me back?

I said "No need.. consider this as I am helping a fellow guy in trouble. Even if you are cheating me, I will consider this as charity"

Then I said bye, and walked back to my office...

What do you guys think? Scam or was he really in trouble?

Network router as a hub/switch

Hi guys,

For my work in the office, I have been given a laptop to use, leaving my old office PC under the table.

I am reusing the IP address of the office PC for the laptop.

What I plan to do is to connect the network cable to my laptop during the day and when I leave for the day, reconnect the network cable to the old PC (can remotely access from the house).

Is there a way for me to use a router (my own) to act as a hub or switch so that i can plug/unplug the network cables (at the router) much easier?

Reaching to the back of the PC under my table to plug/unplug the network is rather susah.

If can, how do I configure the router?

Also, i would like to maitain all the network settings of the laptop and PC.
