period/menstration delay pills

Hi guys, me and my gf are going on a getaway this weekend, she is worried because her body is showing signs of menstruation and it's about one week early.
She is worried because she always feels very tired and weak during her period, not to mention excessive bleeding.
Her friends have advised her to take pills to delay the menstruation, I'm about to go check out in the pharmacy for her soon, but would like to hear from anyone with experience or knowledge regarding this kind of pills, especially those who work in the pharmacy. PM is welcome too.

Medical Tourism - Cancer Treatment

I have a Filipino friend who planned to bring a family member to Malaysia for cancer treatment after finding out that Malaysia is apparently one of the best country for Medical Tourism.

The patient is receiving treatment in Philippines right now but it's not showing any improvement but the medical costs is getting higher to the point that she can no longer support it with her salary in Malaysia. After realizing getting treatment here in Malaysia instead could save up to 50% of the medical fees she is considering to bring her family member over.

Can anyone that has experience with Medical Tourism in Malaysia provide some information how can she make this possible? At the moment she is pretty much clueless and relying on information from Google. The situation is kinda urgent as well, so I would be very grateful if anyone can provide any kind of information, such as things to do or to avoid etc...

Knee bracer for elderly

My mother is having knee problem due to arthritis, old age and overweight. Specialists have already told her that condition will not improve unless she do a knee cap surgery. But old lady being stubborn and has been delaying to get back to the doctor. I was told by the doctor that she could use a knee support bracer, it can reduces stress on her knees and thus reduces stress and swelling when walking long distances or standing for a long period of time. I did a search on lazada and ebay seems like most of them promote the knee support as gym item instead of medical aid. So i wondered if anyone here have experience with this, if u know someone with the conditions above and is using a knee aid, could you please share some info here? Many thanks in advance.

Redmi 4s went crazy

Hello smartphone sifus, I need a little help here with my Redmi 4s.

So last night I noticed that my contacts in the contact list is duplicating themselves, by the hundreds every minute.
It flooded my contact list with useless duplicated contact that gives a blank page when clicked.
The 200+ of my original contacts became 30k++ last night and when I check again this morning, it has become 40k++

Anyone knows what might have caused this? I've only got 2 active games on my phone, CoC and pokemonGO.
And I've never modded my phone in anyway except updating the MIUI. Since then I always get notification that micloud is syncing my contact. I tried to login to my Mi Cloud account, there's only 18 contacts in there. (Said that only mi related account will be shown)

Midnight cafe with nice dessert in KL/PJ?

Hi guys I'm wondering if any food lovers here knows any nice cafe or restaurant place that serve nice dessert at 12am++?

Normal after a night of party or late night movie I always wanted to look for a place to chill with friends, while I have no problem with 24hours mamak stalls, but sometimes a quite place that still serve cakes, desserts and beverage would be great.

Sadly most of the places I knew closes at 11pm, some even earlier kitchen closes at 10pm.

Hopefully someone can drop a few names, many thanks in advance!

Hey guys, since so many people had suggested for Intel over AMD. I'm gonna give it a try.

Using the online price list as reference these should still be well below my 2k budget.
I'm not an overclock guy so I'm gettin the unlocked version and I'm gonna use the default HSF.
And as mentioned earlier I already have a 1tb harddisk, LCD monitor and I'm recycling my DVDR writer, mouse and keyboard as well. But can somebody tell me how much I should expected to be spend on the fans should I fill up my casing with max number fans?

Hi guys, I'm getting a new system to replace my currently exhausted and overworked DDR running PC. And I could not think of a better place to ask for advice than the experts and sifu here, as I also intended to buy it from Low Yat Plaza

I needed a work/play station that could run graphical intense games like WoW, SC2, D3, Guild Wars, Battlefields.
While other time, I will use it as my workstation. I frequently use software like Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5 and Flash. I'm also planning to learn Maya3D, or any other 3D production software that I could find.

My budget is barely 2k only, and I don't intend to run my games at super high quality graphics, so I don't mind sacrificing the eye candies for better performance.

OLD BUILD:

GPU: AMD/ATI Sapphire HD6750 OC 1gb GDDR5*
MOBO: Asus M5A97
RAM: Kingston 1333mhz x2

I already have a 1tb hardisk, and I'm gonna recycle my LCD, keyboard and Mouse. But I'm expected to spend more money on the CPU fans and other stuff.

While I am grateful for any advices that sifus here can share, here are a few questions that I would like to ask.

1. Is the 600w powersupply an overkill? can I survive with the cheaper 500w?
2. My LCD display has only got a vga port, if I use a VGA convertor how bad will the graphic quality drops?
3. My computer desk has got super poor air ventilation, there is almost no airflow at all, on top of that my room is not air conditioned. Will the above system runs with only the internal CPU fan?
4. I intended to buy the hardware and assemble them myself, anything I need to watchout? Like the Do's and Don'ts?
