LED Lights Driver slowing down Homeplug Speed

Broadband provider: Unifi
ISP/package: 30 Mbs
Location: Subang
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: No

Personal equipment
Modem: Standard unifi
Router: Standard Dlink DIR-615
Firewall used: Windows

Problem details
First occurence of problem: 2 months
Problem frequency: Everyday
Problem description:

Hi Guys,

I have been using the Aztech Homeplug AV 500Mbps for a while now without any problems until recently. My Unifi Router is upstairs and the speed used to decrease when I use my laptop with WiFi downstairs. So I got the Aztech Homeplug to connect my laptop to the router and the speed was almost constant every time. Recently my speed fell by 90%. I was getting only 3 Mbps or even lesser. I couldn't pin point the problem until I realised that every time I switched on my ceiling lights (which is LED lights with the Driver), the speed would decrease. When I switched the LED lights off, the speed came back up again to normal. My assumption is that the LED Driver is affecting the speed somehow. I was wondering if anyone else face this problem and have a solution for it?

Thanks in advance
