[HELP] Floor Trap That Prevents Centipede

Hi all, is there any floor trap that can BLOCK centipede in bathroom?

I am using this kind of floor trap, that can block smell and cockroaches and rats, but not centipede!!
The floor trap I am using already can 'takung' water, but centipede still 'swim over'. How....

Anyone one knows where to buy floor trap to block smell and CENTIPEDE? Klang valley area...

I called the number on the flyer to ask for aircond service and to replace a broken suis. I dealed with the man called Mr P. He promised to charge me only rm150 for service two units AC.

15nov the workers came and did the job. I was out for work but they charged my wife rm160 for washing, and refilled gas and replaced suises. Total Rm500+.

When i came back only I realized that they replaced the suis but didnt connect back all the wire properly. This causes one of the socket not functioning. And they also didnt keep their promise to charge me rm150 only for washing.

then I called back several times to ask them come to fix this and remnd him that he charged me extra rm10. After several reminders Mr P promised to come today 29nov. But they didnt come. He also refused to pick up the call.

I urge all lyn members to beware of this bad service firm. Lier and not realiable. Cost me extra to ask another electrician to fix for me. Although rm10 is not a big amount, but this shows the dishonesty of this firm!

I installed this grille at Rm 600... but someone told me she installed similar one for RM 200 only. HELP. I felt being cheated.

Mine is ground floor unit but wall always becomes wet.
last time apply sealant already but few months later becomes like this ady...
how to solve this if cant hack existing wall?
1. One contractor said lay skirting tiles up to 1 or 2 feet high but I think it will be too ugly.

Quotation to Change Bathroom Tiles - Is this ok?

Hi all...need your opinions here...

I plan to change the tiles of my condo 2 old bathrooms which is around 200sf (floor+walls area) each.

A contractor quoted me for each bathroom:
(a) RM 1800 for bathroom wall tiles, plus
(b) RM 800 for bathroom floor tiles.

Edited: Sorry, exact size is:
1. Bathroom #1 : wall = 190sf, floor = 50sf. Total = 240 sf.
2. Bathroom #2 : wall = 180sf, floor = 45sf. Total = 225 sf.

Which is total RM 2600 over 240 sf = 2600/240 = 10.8psf. Same price for both bathroom. This price excludes tiles, but includes hacking of existing tiles, cements and other materials to lay tiles and also include workmanship.

Is this price reasonable?

Hi all.... anyone knows where can I get the box to store wedding albums? The box is look like small luggage, and has partition inside to place album, signature roll, something like that. I have also seen some boxes with 2 layers (top and bottom). I was offered at Bridal shop but i think rm 200++ is too expensive, thus would like to buy outside..

Hi LYN members, I need an electrician to check all the wiring in my old condo (nearly 20years). I bought this via sub-sale so I scare some of the wiring may already be obsolete and dangerous.

1. Anyone has good electrician to recomment? I am in PJ/KL area.
2. How much is the cost for inspection on all wiring in my 1000sf condo?
3. How much if I want to replace all the wiring?

New Development opposite Bangsar LRT?

Saw one apartment has been completed, just opposite Bangsar LRT (opposite Dataran Maybank). And doing ground work for the second one nearby 100m? But there is no banner at all. Anyone knows what project is that?
