As a Business Development Representatives, your primary responsibilities will include:
· To contact key decision-makers in a focused number of medium-sized businesses across Malaysia and to generate interest in our solutions.
· To nurture interested contacts to the point that they are ready to pass to the sales team as a qualified opportunity
· Continuously learning on our applications/value proposition/differentiation in order to enhance conversations with prospects.
· To keep the CRM system updated with key information.

Qualifications
• Able to demonstrate their success in sales or telemarketing and possess outstanding corporate communication skills.
• You’ll need to have the spirit and personality to enjoy the challenge of a new career.
• Persistence and resourcefulness are also important if you’re to get through to, and engage with, busy senior people.
• A background in software/ERP solution or SI sales/inside sales/telesales would be highly desirable.
• Diploma or above related field of study.
• Preferred those has at least 2 years’ experience in one of following listed :
a) Business Development
b) Business to business (B2B) Sales
c) Inside Sales/Outside Sales/Tele Sales
d) Call Center
• Excellent phone etiquette, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills are essential
• A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
• Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills
• Able to work independently in a fast paced changing environment
• Excellent in English communication ( Read, speak, write & type ). Preferable those who can also speak Malay, Cantonese, Mandarin or any dialect.

Special socket wiring for Electric Oven 2000W

Hi, i am currently planning on my kitchen renovation for an my 15 years old apartment. Recently i bought an electric oven with maximum input power rated @ 2000w. I know we need to make a special wiring (MCB 30A and 4.5mm cable) for water heater, aircond but are those appliances ~2000w would need the same wiring modification?

Hi People..anyone have any idea which Internet Provider is the best in UiTM Segamat or segamat area? My sis in law just enrolled in UiTM segamat and apparently their free Wifi is super slow there. so we decided to subscribe a broadband plans but we are not very sure which to choose since segamat might still considered a rural area, so there could be only a few IP cover that area. Any suggestion?
