I just moved out from this house in section 14 PJ which I had been staying there since july 2009. I still remember I moved in on 27th but still I paid the whole month plus 2and half months of deposit. No agreement, but I did given her my photostat IC for her to keep.This house got 6 rooms (3 rooms with air-con) which is the owner, another middle room and my room. I admit I didn&#39;t pay rental on time at times but still I will settle them when I can. On end of SEP 2012, suddenly I received her call saying that our house elec bill has increased to RM2200 in 2 months time, which means our house elec bill aug and sep total is RM2200. I admit I always on the air-con. Fine, she said she has to talk to me about this. When she saw me, she said she went in my room and noticed that the air-con was on. Yes, that time really I didn&#39;t turn on the air con , she claimed that among 3 of us that have air-con room, she herself to work from day till night and another housemate also always go outstation which both are also true. she was so angry and give me a month notice for me to move out.She also said that other housemates also complaint I always didn&#39;t switch off the air-con. our previous record for elec bil is around &lt;RM100 per month(on and off i will not switch off also). After calculating, I have to pay RM550 each month for this total RM2200 elec bil, which means , 2 months together I have to pay RM1100. I talked to my housemates before I moved out, one of them said no one ever complaint about I didn&#39;t off air-con although sometimes they also realised I didn&#39;t off. and the most important is they realised the small room housemate has a air cooler in their room. I am not sure how elec consuming is this air-cooler. summore, they wash clothes everyday. I didn&#39;t use the washing machine at all. I sent all to Dobi. Fridge also I never use. I only go back bath and sleep. Now I already moved out and still haven&#39;t sttle the elec bill. Will I have any trouble if I didn&#39;t pay her the elec bil ?
