Change my computer to web server

Hi

I would like to host a website into my own server (for learning purpose, not commercial purpose).

i am using a dynamic ip. My router(integrated inside the modem) is provided by TM which uses Innacomm W3410N model.

Have tried a lot of method, from configuring DNS until NAT configuring, but the public ipv4(which i obtained from whatismyipaddress.com) still doesn't point to the intended pc(server). And my website, and file cannot be accessed by other network on the internet.

Is there anyone successfully did this? I know it is possible to do so, but I need help on it.
