After i worked for 1 week, i feel dilemma, because i am fresh grad and this is not within my field of study.<br />I told them i wanted to quit this morning because of some problem and pressure since the all the senior will leave the company within few weeks and the senior that guide me only 4 days then she left the company.<br /><br />Mostly they worked for 3-4 years and left the company. and after the manager give me advice and lastly i promise to stay and try my best to pick up the work.<br /><br />Will they have a thought to fire me or find a backup to replace me in near future?<br /><br />Besides will you guys choose to go for higher salary or work towards your interest but lower pay?
