Hi,

I'm looking into starting a business and the whole business plan and management will be done by me.
I need an investor and i found one within my circle who willing to invest and earn a pie from his capital.As the name itself says,a sleeping/angel partner.
While he has little knowledge in this but he trust that this business has potential.
The investment ratio is 50%-50%
I will be investing 50% and the investor 50%

ADDED:
The investment is not much,RM10k in total and we both invest RM5k each.

So how do i set the T&C?is it he gets a share of profit forever till the business is sold or i need to set a grace period like few years or till he earns few times of his capital and terminate the partnership?Which is vice to do and fair on both sides?
