Portable HDD cannot start up

So after this shitty experience and lots of googling I now know I can't expect a portable hdd to work forever (would it kill them to write in the user guide or something I'm just a casual user).
What I want to ask is, it's 2022 and I want actual feedback who sent theirs for data recovery recently. A lot of the ones posted years ago look like scams. Website fishy, go see facebook a lot of complaints, actually whatsapping them and they sound suspicious as hell. It's worse because I don't live in west malaysia, cannot go find. People here not professional enough also. My hdd spin a bit then stop. No light. Cannot read. So it's physical problem.

I thought I read somewhere booster is 6 months after 2nd dose.
Why I see Malaysia news 3 months already have to go again. Government think people like to suffer needle pain and side effects so fast is it.
Later every 3 months have to vaccine meh.
I got Pfizer 14/8/21. Second one 4/9/21. Suddenly got a notification saying 7/1/22 have to go.
If I don't go can reschedule one or not?

Has anyone ever bought from https://www.jpcosme.com.my/? Is it a legit website? I just googled the japanese product name I wanted and this was one of the websites shown. This has almost everything I saw on Japanese website rankings from what I skimmed through but there are no topics on its legitimacy?

I googled for reviews from lowyat but most of them are from several years earlier so it's not of much reference.

Looking to buy a normal (not for gaming but not cheap and lousy la pls) desktop pc and the result that came up on techradar is the Dell XPS desktop. Went to computer shops but they say East Malaysia don't sell Dell, only online. Obviously it's a bit dangerous and ma fan because if got problem cannot take to the store you buy from and you cannot see before buy.

Anyone bought from Dell within these last 1-2 years? Desktops only, laptops are different. I emailed them asking they only sell online is it to confirm, got reply but after that I ask warranty and shipping and those how (because their site never specify in detail), 1 day later never reply. 1st reply was fast but 2nd one no reply already so suspicious. I google more and stumbled on their facebook reviews and literally ALL of them are saying their products are shit, delivery times are shit, what I'm afraid most about is their things break either out of box or few days/weeks/months of use. Even if can replace it means it's not reliable and very troublesome le. East Malaysia worse because don't know here got service center or not. My Asus laptop using 6th year already never got any big problem (internal speaker cacat half of the time but use external speaker then no more), but I want things that actually can last.

I'm not asking after sales service good or not I'm asking whether their products really all defective and cannot use one.
