BLR-2.4 for loan amount of 540k.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;anyone is using this bank loan before? any bad experience u have.. so far as i know it needs a setup fee for current account linked to this loan account, and a monthly fee of RM10. what things else...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanks.</description>

            <title>Chinese buying a BUMI landed FH property</title>

            <description>hi, recently i am looking at iskandar property and finally found a landed terrace which looks good for me..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;problem is the unit is a BUMI lot and i am a chinese... the seller said he will ask lawyer to convert to non-bumi lot before selling to me... if conversion not success, deposit will be fully refundable...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;anyone comes across this? whether it is workable or not?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i just worried if i keep waiting for few months and the conversion is failed. then it wasted my time and during that time, the housing price sure very expensive already wo....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how wo? any advices from taikor here?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.</description>

            <description>Hi, my friend applied for a low medium cost house in Penang 1 year ago and just got notified that she got one unit.. Waiting for balloting now...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But problem comes in, she is gonna move to Singapore with her husband, and they plan to buy a HDB flat in Singapore within 2 years time. As per requirement, one must not own any property in Malaysia if he/she/they want to buy a HDB in Singapore.             <title>Subang or PJ Area landed properties</title>

            <description>suddenly come out with an intention to buy a house in PJ subang area... buy to let sister stay in....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;seeing that my sister has been renting house for the past 8 years in PJ SS2.... then i was thinking, if she is paying rental to other ppl, why not pay to her little brother? &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; so thats why now i m thinking to buy a house and let her to comfortably stay in. At the same time, once a while when my parents visit KL from hometown, thats the place which we all can gather in. She is very comfortable staying in SS2 area as she said that the security here is very good.... there are so many pondok polis around that area....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so now the question is, where should i buy? of course i am looking for a property which fit my budget &amp;lt;600K and at the same time, has the most potential for capital appreciation... freehold is my personal preference.... I am seeing a lot of landed properties on sale in USJ area... any sifus from PJ and subang who can give me some advices?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it needs not to be fully furnished, as my home has a full set of second hand furnitures which including sofas, bed, tv, almost everything.... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;come... gip me some ideas.. thanks..</description>

            <description>Recently i am keep thinking whether i am pushing myself too hard for properties...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have just bought 2 properties, both newly launched and i am going to buy another one in March. 3 of the properties are going to VP in 2015.. if all completed that time, i have to fork out almost 60% of my current monthly salary for housing loan. Is that too much already? If suddenly jobless, then how?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How bout you guys? how many percentage of your monthly salary is for housing loan?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keep opinions coming....
