Opinion Needed for Palm Spring Condo

Dear Taikos & Sifus,

Im currently came across the website for the Palm Spring Condominium at Kota Damansara and since the unit & price shown is quite reasonable for me to buy, i would like to seek your opinion first on this matter to hear the pro n cons about this condo. If anyone is living here for current time, can you kindly share what are the environment there and so on as well as the problem related to this condo? I have this condo in mind and another one is D'Rimba Condominium in Kota Damansara. So far, D'rimba has given me so-so feeling as the occupancy ratio there is like 60% based on my visit during night to have the look. Beside the entrance to the condo also seems a bit 'menakutkan' too.

My intention is that this would be my very first property and i would like to make it as an investment for the coming 2 years (since i am not married yet & still living with my parents as i have just started working). then after 2-3 years, its gonna be my own stay.

Appreciate if anyone can share your thought whether will this gonna be a good investment or vice versa.

Hello all,

Im new to this property investing and would like to ask all the taiko taiko and property sifu on your kind opinion for the D'rimba condominium in kota damansara. Currently under agent, im able to find one with the price of RM 300 000. Would it be a good investment for this condo? and what are the things that i need to know such as problem, occupancy rate for this area? and since this is the first time i wanna buy property, the downpayment for the house can it be ask under the agent to incorporate it into the loan itself? and besides since its under subsale purchases, what would i need to know for this?
