Wood painting tips

Hi am in the midst of repainting my wood stairs steps

It was sanded and been repainted with 2 layers of black matte paint. However find it to be too matte, weird texture..and wish to add some gloss to achieve semi-matte/semi-gloss/satin finish with enhanced durability.

Found many products online such as lacquer/varnish/polyethylene/polycrylic but really not convinced which to use to achieve desire result

Alternatively, or should i add another layer of soft matte black paint by nippon timbershade?

Appreciate any advice from pro..thank you so much

Hello, looking for housemate whom might be interested to explore/share a new unit to be rented in KL. Realised it is not cheap to get a room by itself, and getting a whole (and newer) unit can be much cheaper if to be shared...

I am looking for a place with walking distance to Raja Chulan for work so is currently eyeing places around Bukit Bintang/Bukit Ceylon.

Budget would be likely 1k-1.5k max - looking at places like Vortex, Bidara 38, One Residency, Suasana, Verticas, Sixceylon, etc etc

Gender preference is given to male as myself being one in late twenties and working in an financial institution

Hi guys, I am trying to plan for a budget year's end getaway for 2, 3d2n or 4d3n. Was planning to get around locally to places/hidden gem that is interesting yet not hectic/jam/congested (hopefully)

Appreciate if anyone could share any new places to explore other than the odds of popular places where ive been like Ipoh, Malacca, Penang, Genting/Cameron, Langkawi, Sekinchan
